Gosh this month has flown by. I've been really busy this month with my daughter's graduation, GS 2nd Birthday, Dance Recitals and performances, extra stuff at work, and caring for my mom. For those of you who have been following her battle - this month has been rough. Her blood has been up and down, fluids building up in her lungs, cancer markers are up and she missed several big events which have gotten her really down. I think it's finally hit her that she might not be strong enough to kick this, which has got me down some too. Scrapping is my release and I haven't been able to scrap lately so needless to say her mood has rubbed off on me. I've been trying to shake it this week and have gotten some real scraping mojo back. I'm even looking forward to a new project I'm working on for you guys set to go live on June 7. So keep checking back. Anyway I thought I would share some of the layouts I've been working on.
Here's two of my layouts for Michelle Pieter's this month. I used her Cherry Chocolate Kisses and the new Sparklicious borders on them. The first one I call "The Moms in My Life" these people inspire me on a daily basis.
You can find it in Digital's gallery here and is part of the He Said, She Said Challenge: http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/galleria/showphoto.php/photo/97700/ppuser/12013
The second Layout is called Senior Prom '09 and is of my DD & SIL on this special occasion. You can find it in the Digitals gallery here: http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/galleria/showphoto.php/photo/97703/ppuser/12013
I just love the Sparklicious borders it adds the perfect glitz to any page and the Cherry Chocolate Kisses kit was just perfect for these layouts. You can find these two kits here: http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/dig...ducts_id=14976 and here: http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/dig...ducts_id=14036 . Thanks Michelle for letting me use them.
